Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid were not impressed with TOWIE star Lauren Goodger on the show today, as they discussed her comments on the Covid pandemic.
Lauren came under fire for saying that she didn’t think it was right for people to wear a mask, and she wouldn’t get a vaccine if offered.
The reality star compared Covid to a cold, and said she was sure that she’d had the virus and hadn’t died so she wasn’t worried about it.
Piers was infuriated by her comments, and quickly went on a rant about the reality star, slamming her as a “halfwit” and taking a swipe at her face.

Showing a picture of Lauren on the screen, he hit out: “Here is a picture of Lauren.
“What do you think she has been shovelling in her face? Where does that come from Lauren? What have you been putting in your face?”
He added: “These people are half-wits, worse than that, they’re quarter-wits.
“They’re giving their views to millions of young and impressionable people and not getting challenged.

“They are stuffing their faces with plastic and filler and then banging on about vaccines, it is ridiculous.
“Don’t listen to these imbeciles, because it will cost lives.”
Lauren addressed her use of plastic surgery whilst discussing her anti-vax views with Daily Star, saying: “I am more scared of the vaccine than I am of the virus. I will start imagining that I am dying.

“I am terrified. I don’t like taking medicine. I don’t like taking antibiotics.
“OK, I do do aesthetics and even now I am still nervous of that – I am like that in general.
“Even with a facial I want to know what is in it. That is my anxiety over the years.”
She also added that she was sure that she had already fallen ill with the virus last year, saying: “I didn’t die from it. It is like getting it a cold. I wouldn’t get the flu jab either.
“I don’t want to inject myself with something I don’t know the longterm effects.
“I have heard all the different things that are in it and I think I have had Covid already and I have coped with it.”
