TOWIE star James Lock told pal Pete Wicks that he’s going to be takin a break from Essex during a teaser clip for next week.
The ITVBe reality series returned with the second episode of the new season on Sunday night and it was filled with plenty of drama.
Lockie, 34, was confronted by his Chloe Brockett over rumours of having regrets about a recent hook-up.
It comes after the TOWIE lothario enjoyed a secret fling with Chloe, 20, despite her close friendship with his ex-girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou, 27.
Chloe told Lockie: “I’ve had people going to me, ‘I’ve heard James regrets it’ and I’m like, ‘What is there really to regret, we just slept together’.”
“I’ve not said anything bad about you in any way, I’ve just said, ‘You know what, it happened, we still get along really well and that’s it’.”
Lockie added: “Look, I don’t know who’s been saying what. There’s nothing for me to regret. It is what it is. There’s nothing too serious for me to regret.
“I’ll tell you what, the one thing that’s been said was about the phone calls.”
Chloe replied: “I don’t understand why Pete [Wicks] said that, I’ll hold my hands up, there was one time when I called you quite a lot because I was drunk.”
The pair ended their chat on good terms but Yaz made a sensational return to the show towards the end of the episode.
Yaz entered the club and was greeted by a shocked Amy Childs, Chloe Sims and her youngster Frankie Sims.
The girls caught up on the latest Essex gossip and it wasn’t long before Lockie picked up the courage and wandered over for a chat with Yaz.
An awkward conversation occurred between the former couple as Yaz slammed Lockie for “being muggy”.
Lockie protested that he didn’t pull Yaz for a chat to have a “slanging match” and he just wanted to have to speak to her.

As the tense chat came to an abrupt end, Yaz walked away from the table leaving Lockie sitting on his own.
In a teaser trailer for next Sunday’s episode, Lockie was seen telling Pete about his plans to take a break from Essex.
He said he’s “not up for all the drama anymore”, leaving his pal Pete gobsmacked.
Fans will have to wait and see if Lockie will leave Essex.
Also, Yaz is yet to have a showdown with her former pal Chloe about her fling with Lockie.
TOWIE continues Sunday on ITVBe at 9pm
