Amanda Holden takes swipe at Phillip Schofield after queue jump outrage

Amanda Holden has taken a swipe at Phillip Schofield.

The pair famously fell out when Phillip reportedly personally blocked Amanda Holden for filling in for Holly Willoughby when she was called to co-host I’m A Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here, when Ant McPartlin took a leave of absence.

Amanda previously claimed she was offered a contract to fill in for the ITV favorite, but the offer was withdrawn at the last minute.

But now the Heart Radio presenter has made another public dig at her former colleague amid allegations of jumping the over 10-hour-long queue to see the Queen lying in state.

Sharing a clip of herself from her breakfast show on the Global Radio national station, the Britain’s Got Talent judge posted a comment, “get in line” on her socials.

The segment featured showbiz host Ashley Roberts commenting on David Beckham’s deal with Qatar’s World Cup sponsor, Doritos.

In the clip, Amanda is clearly spotted referencing the queue jumping controversy.

Ashley exclaimed: “I love Doritos. I’d love a seven-figure deal.”

To which Amanda cheekily replied: “Get in line. Well, I mean he did get in line. Good on him.”

Amanda’s co-presenter interjected saying: “Well, yes he did for like 14 hours,” whilst Amanda was seen giving a sly expression on camera.

This comes as the Television personality confirmed her bitter feud with The Cube presenter on her breakfast radio slot in 2019.

Amanda explained: “I did offer to meet him for a coffee months ago, but he didn’t reply to my text.”

The beauty added: “What can I say?”

Speaking to Jamie Theakston, Amanda revealed: “I’ve moved on from it, Jamie, you need to move on from it.”

Phillip and Amanda previously worked together on This Morning when Holly Willoughby took a break to go on maternity leave in 2014 to give birth to her third child.

But the relationship between the pair later soured after the presenter intervened with bosses at the daytime talk show for a future slot, preferring to work with Rochelle Humes.
