Former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli has been branded a “liar” by ex-contestant Natalie Cassidy.

She was reunited with Bruno during the latest episode of Blankety Blank on Saturday (November 12) night.

Bradley Walsh kicked off the show by asking the group of famous contestants: “I’ve got to ask you, any of you worked together before? Do you know each other?”

An excited Bruno put his up and said: “I know something very very important.”

Bradley replied: “Go on Bruno.”

Pointing to Dragon’s Den star Sara Davies, who appeared on Strictly last year, Bruno said: Sara is practically a prima ballerina.”

Sara said: “I’ll take that.”

Bruno gushed: “”The best posture in the universe” as Sara gave a demonstration.

Actress Natalie interrupted: “You didn’t say that when I did it.”

Bradley went on to ask Natalie: “You’ve done Strictly haven’t you?”

She replied: “I have and he was a judge” pointing at Bruno, who was sitting behind her.

Bruno said: “I was very nice to you.”

However, Natalie playfully hit back saying: “You liar.”

Bruno was a judge on Strictly Come Dancing for 18 years but announced he was stepping down for his role in May this year in a shock announcement.

The choreographer explained that things were not going to work after he was struggling to divide his time between the UK and his role on US show Dancing With The Stars, which films around the same time of year in America, reports the Mirror

He said: “There is no animosity, it was a mutual decision with both of us saying, ‘Listen, this is not going to work like it used to’”.

The judge has held a spot on the Dancing With The Stars panel since its launch in 2005.
