Carol Vorderman set her fans pulses racing as she shared a saucy snap from her holiday in Portugal.
The 62 year old relaxed in a salt bath during her vacation and wore her long brown hair in loose, beachy waves. She went for a natural look, with minimal makeup and a bronzed glow as she took some time to unwind at the resort.
Carol looked up at the camera as the tiny swimsuit struggled to contain her hourglass assets, leaving her fans very hot under the collar with the racy display.
Juicy Oasis in Portugal is owned by Jason Vale, also known as The Juice Master.
He is an English motivational speaker and lifestyle coach who has gained an incredible celebrity following due to the success of his ‘juicing diets’.
He lost four stone and kicked a smoking, alcohol and junk food addiction due to his unusual diet swap.
The Juicy Oasis health resort is a health, wellness and fitness spa that offers its guests yoga classes, gym access and workshops.
It seems as though Carol has taken full advantage of her wellness break and has been walking an incredible distance every day.
She informed her followers of her recent antics: “Back in Juicy Oasis. I would go out early for a 7/8/9 mile walk in the freezing cold, come back for the first juice of the day and an hour in the big hot salt bath downstairs in the spa.”
She continued to make her fans envious of her relaxing holiday: “I could spend all day in that huge pool chatting away in the dimmed light.”
“Then we’d go out walking again for another 7/8 miles. Then it was lunchtime juice and on it goes. Absolute heaven.”
Her fans couldn’t help but compliment the maths whizz on her youthful, natural beauty as she proudly posted her selfies to her 204 thousand followers.
One fan wrote: “You are such a tease Carol! You look absolutely beautiful.”
Another left: “You’ve just broken the internet,” while another put: “That’s not the only thing that’s juicy!”
One follower joked: “Steady on Vorders!”
A concerned friend worried about her health: “You must be hungry?” to which Carol replied: “It’s really odd, you’re not hungry at all.”
Juice diets can be used to lose weight and it is also claimed they can help reduce the risk of some serious illnesses and diseases, but there have been reported downsides such as nutrient deficiency like protein and B12, fatigue, headaches, cravings and dizziness.
