ITV actor Sam Aston is of course known to soap fans for playing adorable Chesney Brown.
The beloved Coronation Street star was cast for the tole when he was just 10.
Now 28, Sam’s character Chesney is now dad to quads and still going strong in various storylines.
Chesney is the little sibling of Fiz Brown and the son of Cilla Battersby-Brown.
But Sam isn’t the only member of the Aston family to appear in the iconic ITV soap over the years.
Who remembers his older sister Emily, 40, who played the character Rebecca Palmer for 51 episodes between 1996 and 1997.
She was the teenage daughter of Claire Palmer, who was Des Barnes’ girlfriend.
Her storyline saw her character mourning the passing of her father Jeff, before growing to accept Des into her life.
As well as Sam, who is married to Briony and is dad to Sonny, two, his brother Joseph also had a part on the cobbles over 20 years ago.
Joseph, now 30, appeared on the show back in 2000 as the grandson of Jack and Vera Duckworth where he was centre stage in a dramatic custody battle plot.
Sam, whose wife is pregnant with their second child, comes from a massive family. There are four boys and five girls.
He previously said: “My family keeps me down-to-earth – I don’t think they’d let me go off the rails.
“My brother, Joe, is my best mate, he really is. He’s 18 and lives at home so we spend all our time together. I’m from a massive family – I’ve got five sisters and three brothers – so that helps, you’ve got a lot of people looking out for you.
“And I always tell myself, ‘It’s just a job’. I suppose I’ve grown up with it – I was 10 when I joined the show – so it’s been a slow process.”
