Holly Willoughby has admitted that she is “guilty” of watching TV series in bed instead of chatting to her husband.
The presenter, 40, made the confession about her viewing habits during a relationship discussion on This Morning.
And it seems to suggest that Holly has a television in her bedroom – something many people think is a big no-no.
The star – who has three children with her hubby Dan Baldwin – shared: “Sometimes we’re guilty of getting into bed and putting the telly on and watching a series.
“The kids are in bed and we’re here watching telly, so we maybe we should switch the TV off and talk a bit more.”
It isn’t the first time that Holly has given fans an insight into her evening routine.
She sparked a debate last year when she revealed that she ditches her underwear before going to bed.
Holly spilled the beans as she and her co-host Phillip Schofield discussed different people’s preferences for night wear.
The presenter was trying to keep quiet about her own sleepwear routine, but Phil pressed her for an answer.
“I didn’t start this!” she insisted.
But Schofe was having none of it.
“You did!” he insisted. “Pants under the pyjamas or no pants?”
Giggling, Holly finally gave in and replied: “A big t-shirt…. No pants. No pants! Stop making me say no pants on the TV!”
The show’s Giles Brandreth waded in to take the heat off Holly by announcing that he also went without underwear in bed, insisting “the whole point of going to bed is freedom”.
“I imagine sleeping naked is one of the freedoms of night,” he said.
He joked: “My wife insists on the lights being turned off.”
