Danniella Westbrook offers to replace Olivia Attwood to become series' bikini babe

Former I’m A Celeb contestant Danniella Westbrook revealed she head into the jungle as the “female replacement for Olivia”.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Danniella confirmed she’d be willing to return to the Australian jungle after taking part in the hit ITV show back in 2004.

“Put me in there, I’ll go in as a female replacement for Olivia,” she said before agreeing to do the infamous shower scenes.

Reality actress Olivia Attwood was forced to quit the show after abnormal blood test results led her to be rushed to A&E and the show’s medics to refuse her return to camp, despite only being in the show for 24 hours.

So far, former MP Matt Hancock and Strictly star Seann Walsh have entered the jungle, but there’s yet to be a female replacement.

She agreed: “I’ll do the shower scenes, I’ll do anything. I’ve got a better figure now than I did 20 years ago”.

Since this year’s series started early this month, Danniella has been looking back on her time in the jungle. Posting a throwback picture of her fellow campmates and herself to Instagram, she wrote: “Been there done that 2003 @imacelebrity”.

She continued: “Only did nine days was too spoilt to handle it back then”. Danniella took part in the show alongside England cricketer Phil Tufnell and England striker John Fashanu.

The current camp, consisting of Culture Club frontman Boy George, Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles and newscaster Charlene White has already faced high tensions and drama, especially since the arrival of disgraced former MP Matt Hancock.

Coronation Street’s Sue Cleaver and Boy George both revealed they’d considered leaving camp and feeling uncomfortable just over a week into the show.

However, since watching the drama unfold, Danniella says she’d be more than happy to stir the pot even further and start asking “everyone about their lives this time around”.

“Put me in,” she suggested. “I’ll be confrontational too. I’ll ask everyone about their lives this time around. I can be a big character.”
