Emmerdale fans are convinced that Moira Barton (Natalie J. Robb) will spiral out of control and turn to drink after Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) took the fall for his son Kyle Winchester’s (Huey Quinn) fateful crime.
Cain recently decided to confess to Al Chapman’s murder despite young Kyle shooting him in a dramatic showdown.
Moira has been struggling to adjust to life without Cain and fans are now convinced she will spiral out of control.

During Friday’s visit to the ITV Dales, viewers caught up with the raven-haired beauty as she attempted to keep the family together.

After the emotional episode aired, viewers quickly turned to Twitter to share their thoughts over the loveable character’s fate.
One user penned: “3/4of a bottle of scotch during daylight hours? Alcoholic farmer stereotype Moaning Moira #emmerdale.”
Another added: “#emmerdale oh great, alcoholic Moira is back, maybe she’ll have another baby she doesn’t know about again.”
A third chimed in with: “Moira turning to the booze after being a t**t, not like we’ve not seen this before #emmerdale.”

It comes after ITV bosses confirmed TV favourited Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) and Kyle are set to leave the village later this year.
Amy has been struggling to come to terms with the fact her little boy shot her mother Kerry Wyatt’s (Laura Norton) partner in recent scenes.
And it appears as though she isn’t the only one, after the schoolboy lashed out at his mum after hearing a gunshot go off.

After noticing his response, the loving mother told him to pack “anything he couldn’t live without” as she arranged transport to the airport.
Luckily Moira managed to talk the pair out of leaving the country, but only time will tell whether the mother-son duo will go back on their word.
