Gemma Collins has taken to Instagram to share her thoughts on keeping skin looking healthy after she decided to ditch the Botox.
The 41-year-old TOWIE icon, who shot to fame on the ITV reality show in 2011, showed her followers pictures of her skin before she began using her personal collagen pills
She began the video by thanking her 2.2 million Instagram followers for all their “lovely comments” about her skin, telling them that she “takes collagen” and follows the phrase “your face is your fortune”.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star continued on and showcased her before and after results due to collagen intake.

Looking naturally beautiful and with her skin looking fresh, Gemma told her fans that she took the video because she has been “really using her collagen”.
She carried on: “I really wanted to drill down on my skincare this year and literally the effects are incredible, you won’t be disappointed. I wouldn’t sell you something that I didn’t believe in, and these are the results.”
The former TOWIE star opened up about her thoughts whilst she had filler, saying that she thinks she “looked like a man”.

“When I turned 40, I took a look in the mirror and thought: I’m getting all this dissolved,” because I don’t want to look like anyone else. I want to look like me again, I don’t want big plumped up lips, I want to look feminine,” she admitted.
Collins sells her Marine Collagen Capsules for £20 for a box of 90 on her Gemma Collagen Collection website.
Gemma has said that she is looking after herself this year and has recently opened up about struggles in her past.

In her new documentary, Gemma Collins: Self Harm And Me, she can be seen wiping away tears as she recalls feeling “scared and alone”.
The documentary aimed to break down the GC persona that she has held up for decades.
She is known for being an entertainer but behind the mask, she has dealt with some hardships in her life.
