Holly Willoughby has stunned fans by showing her incredibly flexible yoga moves in a upside down snap.

The This Morning presenter is currently on a break from the ITV show and seems to be making the most of her time off.

The 40-year-old showcased her amazing aerial yoga skills in her latest snap on her Holly’s Wylde Moon Instagram account.

The TV star can been seen practising classic yoga moves in the black and white photo as she closed her eyes and held her hands to her heart in prayer.

Holly looked at ease in the outdoor yoga studio as she went makeup free and wore black leggings and a plain white t-shirt.

On her women’s lifestyle social media account, the caption read: “Our founder Holly Willoughby looking extremely zen in the Inverted Butterfly yoga position.

“This position is said to boost circulation, promote healing and help detoxify tissue. And as an added bonus, it effortlessly (some may say) decompresses the spine.

Fans were quick to comment on the TV presenters post to praise her.

One gushed: “Holly Willoughby is literally a superhero. What can’t she do.”

“This is amazing!!! She’s so strong,” another added.

A third commented: “Oh wow!!! Go on Holly. She’s making the most of her This Morning break lol.”

Currently, Holly is taking time off from This Morning presenting duties to focus on filming BBC show Wim Hof’s Superstar Survival.

The blonde beauty will host the show alongside comedian Lee Mack.

The BBC described their new series which: “Follows a group of soul-searching celebrities as they embark on an epic adventure of self-improvement, and face a unique test of mental strength like no other, under the guidance of ‘extreme athlete’ and well-being icon Wim Hof, AKA ‘The Iceman.”

As well as filming for the BBC, Holly is also currently presenting this year’s Dancing On Ice series alongside her ITV This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield.
