I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fans were astonished by Chris Moyles’ weight loss transformation as he prepared to enter the jungle on Sunday night (November 6).
The Radio 1 DJ has undergone an epic fitness transformation in recent years, giggling with his co-star Olivia Attwood “I used to be really fat!”
Looking suave in a burnt orange cord jacket and beige chinos, Chris wore his white-blonde hair cropped short and beamed as he introduced himself to his fellow campmates.

Fans of the ITV reality show were soon falling over themselves to compliment the star, with one writing: “Chris Moyles could be the DILF I fancy this year!”
Another echoed: “Chris Moyles is a DILF!” as someone else gushed: “Can’t believe Chris Moyles. Looks amazing!”
A fourth fan posted: “What on earth happened to Chris Moyles? He lost half his body weight!”
Tucking into a gourmet meal of fruit and other goodies with fellow jungle VIP Olivia, Chris joked: “Olivia, I used to be morbidly obese. I don’t do fruit!”
She giggled: “Shall we ask if they can deep fry it for you?”
Chris shed a whopping six stone, going from 18 stone to just 12.
The DJ trains up to five days a week and follows a diet of intermittent fasting – admitting he weighs himself six days out of every week.
He told Ross Kemp in 2020: “I weigh myself six days a week, and I know you shouldn’t and I know it’s not for everyone, but I do that so I can learn about how my body works.
“I will train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and I will watch what I eat and I’ll eat very little. I do intermittent fasting and I’ll eat at 6:30pm or 7pm and I’ll be fine. I need to do that from the weekends that I have.”
He has denied all rumours that he underwent weight loss surgery or used ‘miracle’ products, explaining: “I stopped buying bread. Dramatically cut my lager intake. Started eating better food… Trained regularly. That’s it. I just wanted you to know I didn’t use any supplements.”
Chris has explained that he suffers from body dysmorphia, which the NHS defines as spending a lot of time worrying about the so-called ‘flaws’ in one’s physical appearance.
I’m A Celeb continues tomorrow on ITV.
