Jeremy Kyle was forced to hit back at his cheeky The Talk co-stars as they discussed age-gap romance during the latest episode.
The 56-year-old presenter was back on our screens on Tuesday (April 26) alongside TalkTV panelists Sharon Osbourne, Tonia Buxton, JJ Anisiobi and Esther Krakue.
Towards the end of the recent instalment, the famous foursome discussed Madonna’s reported split from her toyboy lover Ahlamalik Williams.
The 63-year-old singer has reportedly told friends she is single again after things were not working out with the 28-year-old American dancer.
As the panel discussed Madonna’s rumoured break-up, Jeremy brought up that his wife Vicky is 18 years younger than him.
He said: “Well obviously my wife is 18 years younger then me”
Jeremy’s co-stars jokingly let out a gasp.
He said: “Sorry, why is that a ‘woooow’.
“I’m a bit old fashioned on this. Men can go with younger women it seems so why can’t women.”
His co-star Esther added: “It’s not rocket science. We know the reason why older men tend to take younger women it’s part of the human condition and biology.”
Jeremy interrupted: “Hold on a second, I am going to say something now.
“You’ve spent two days telling me all you’re interested in is meeting somebody rich enough to put a big ring on your finger and it’s not about age or anything.”
“Why would I waste my youth?” Esther added.
Jeremy responded: “Well I’m in love with my wife. It doesn’t matter what age she is.”
Former ITV star Jeremy and Vicky tied the knot last year and have been dating since 2017.
The pair were married in a low-key ceremony held near their home in Windsor.
They met when Vicky worked as a nanny with Jeremy’s children but the two of them reconnected and struck up a romance after the presenter’s split from his second wife, Carla Germaine.
Jeremy has four children from his two previous marriages and shares a fifth child with third wife Vicky, who gave birth to their baby son in 2020.

Elsewhere in the show, Sharon appeared to make a cheeky dig a Love Island while criticising millennials.
During a debate on wether Millennials are “too entitled in the workplace”, Mrs O didn’t hold back on her thoughts.
“Working for it doesn’t exist anymore,” she claimed.
“They watch all the influencers and they see they can work from home and teach you how to makeup on and whats in fashion and all of this and they want some of it.
“Listen I don’t blame them but only if life was so easy.
“They go on Love Island get the old kit off and think if they act like whatever it is ‘I’ll be rich and famous’ and life isn’t like that.”
