She is known for her epic vocals and brutal honesty as one fifth of the legendary 90’s pop band, the Spice Girls.
Over the years, Mel B has opened up more and more about her personal life as she candidly opens up about what it is like to be in one of the most famous bands in the world.
And Wednesday’s post was no different, after the mum-of-three, 46, showcased the less-glamorous side of her photoshoots when she shared a video of herself struggling to squeeze into a skintight dress.

The songstress who hails from Leeds took to her Instagram to share the hilarious video of her and her team of stylists as they struggled to squeeze her into the little black dress on set.

But Mel proved that she wasn’t going down without a fight as she continued to push her tiny frame into the miniscule gown as she told her followers that she’s going to fit into the dress by “hook or by crook.”
In the next clip, another person joined the mission to get her into the dress as they helped to tug the dress at the back where she was suffering some major zipper problems.
Mel could be seen contorting her body into all kinds of positions in an attempt to tease the zip up the length of her back for the luxury photoshoot.

It is at this point that most of us would have accepted defeat and moved onto the next garment, but Mel was determined to fit into the luxurious dress.
As the team continued to zip the dress up, the loving mum fell victim to the unbreathable dress as the side of the skirt split from the middle of her thigh all the way down to her feet.
She wrote over the video: “The dress has ripped on the side all up my leg. NOOOOOOOO.”

Her final post proved that all the pain and heartache she went through wasn’t in vain as the singer looked better than ever in incredible photoshoot snap.
Luckily, Mel managed to make the wardrobe malfunction an accessory as she posed up a storm in the black dress as she proudly showcased her killer curves in the thigh high split for the photoshoot.
