Molly-Mae Hague mocked by fans who spot geographical 'blunder' on new clothing collection

Molly-Mae Hague has been mocked by fans after she failed to spot a geographical ‘blunder’ in her new clothing collection.

The Love Island star shared a variety of new clothes from her Pretty Little Thing line.

The CEO of the company showed of the items in an Instagram video when fans spotted a huge mistake in one of her jumpers.

The 22-year-old influencer videoed a pair of pale blue mom jeans before moving to a grey “sweater” which featured the words Montreal 1986, US on the front.

Molly told fans it is the perfect jumper for a day time date as she showed fans her Valentine’s weekend outfits.

The sweater that has Montreal, US written across it is actually in Canada and was quickly pointed out by fans.

However, Pretty Little Thing have confirmed that their CEO Molly was actually talking about another Montreal which is a very small city in Wisconsin, US, with a population of around 800 people.

A rep for the brand told The Sun: “There is actually a Montreal in the US, it’s a City in Wisconsin.”

Molly ignored the logo blunder and posted another snap of her wearing a nude faux leather strapless top and matching trousers.

The star looked glam as she slicked her blonde lock into a high pony tail and wore a full face of makeup.

She captioned the post: “Occasionally I don’t wear joggers… (also my double jointed arm is showing me up).”

However, fans couldn’t let the mishap go and poked fun at the reality star.

One fan penned: “She didn’t use her 24 hours in her high school days for geography.”

Another person commented: “I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that it had something to do with the Olympics. The 1976 summer Olympics were held in Montreal, and the USA competed. That’s the best I’ve got.”

During Diary of a CEO podcast last year, Molly was called out for saying she “worked my absolute a**e off to get where I am now” and “everyone has the same 24 hours”.
