Netflix fans were quick to brand one raunchy scene “embarrassing” as a couple got down and dirty in the middle of a golf course.
There really aren’t enough words to describe the 365 Days franchise – and that’s before it landed its very own sequel, 365 Days: This Day.
Essentially, it’s a Fifty Shades of Grey-esque series based on an array of kinky books, with mob boss Massimo kidnapping Laura and vowing to keep her prisoner for 365 days until she falls head over heels in love with him.
The first film ended with Laura’s life hanging in the balance after being trapped by Massimo’s enemies, but the second shows her alive and well – and ready to get raunchy with her lover.
But one scene in particular had viewers clutching at their pearls, as Laura and her beau headed out for a round of golf.
It wasn’t long before Laura began straddling the flag pole before perching in the middle of the green, legs akimbo, while Massimo gently putted a golf ball up her skirt and she rolled her head back in pleasure.
There was plenty of rubbing bare legs, while Massimo dusted off his phallic symbol – ahem, golf club – before they headed out on a romantic horse ride down the beach.
Fans openly admitted that they were “embarrassed” by the raunchy scene, with one tweeting: “Not on the golf course! #365DaysThisDay.”
Another added: “The golf scene??? Girl get yo a** up… I’m embarrassed.”
Someone else groaned: “AT THE GOLF COURSE?? What does she want him to do?? Putt the ball in her coochie??”
“The golf ball scene and then the Christmas present scene… I’m a bit shook!” another viewer echoed.
A fifth fan rolled their eyes as they said: “I just finished the new 365 days, sex scenes 10/10. How ever everything was overly sexualised and over exaggerated. Unnecessary sexual golf scene.”
And another racy scene saw Laura tied up with her hands stretched above her head while Massimo went to town on her with a vibrator – both of them moaning with ecstasy.
But it wasn’t long before – spoiler alert – Massimo cheated on Laura with his ex-girlfriend Anna in an extremely X-rated scene, leaving her to flee from the room tear-stricken.
She later gets her own back with Nacho – engaging in passionate sex after escaping to his beach hideout.
