A Place in the Sun fans were shocked by the strange features inside a Spanish flat.
Channel 4 presenter Ben Hillman met couple Rose and Whitney in the lovely La Zenia in Spain’s Costa Blanca on a hunt for a holiday home.
He showed them a two-bed house located just 30 minutes from the beach with facilities like the communal pool and gardens.

Ben informed the pair that the house might need a bit of work to touch up but it comes with ample outside space, including a ground-floor front and back yard, a first-floor terrace and a sun trap on the roof.
Stepping into the living room and open-plan kitchen, Rose said: “It’s got a bit of character, big and bright.”
Whitney was surprised that the condition was not as bad as he thought it might be.
They walked past the kitchen into the dining room, which led to a sunroom with a shower in the corner.
“This could be not only the dining room, but another bedroom if you needed it,” Whitney said.
And his wife noticed a separate room in the dining room and asked: “Wow this is such a big space, what’s that?
“Oh it’s a toilet! Oh that’s perfect! Ben’s done very well, this is a good one.”
Whitney later told Ben that the house is a “definite contender”, adding: “We need to spend a few pounds on it to get it the way we want it, like putting a new kitchen.
“The road is okay, but there is a bit of a road noise. Twice as much space for half of the price compared to the previous one.”
But fans found the house’s layout a bit awkward.
One noted: “Why is there a sh*tter in dining room?”
“After a few drinks, I’d be head-first into that corner,” another joked while a third added: “Ooph can you imagine the smell?”
Having viewed a total of five properties, Rose and Whitney decided to put an offer to a top-floor apartment with garage in Punta Prima.
After a brief negotiation, they secured the flat at £85,000.
