Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor has revealed her excitement at “finally” being able to deliver an announcement regarding a family member that previously had to be kept under wraps.
Sally, who has been an ever-present in Weatherfield since landing her Sally Metcalfe (nee Seddon and previously Webster) role in 1986, proudly revealed daughter Phoebe is soon to star in a Netflix original film.

Fair Pay won’t be Phoebe’s first experience of filming raunchy scenes for TV, meanwhile.
Opening up about doing so in Bridgerton previously, she explained: “In a lot of the Regency stuff we’ve seen in the past, we see a very composed woman.
“There’s not much sexuality there. It’s very much the male gaze. I wanted to make [Daphne] feel modern and have sexual desires, as women do, and have a lot going on that isn’t surface level.”
