“If you start taking it easy and believing you should be resting more, it starts to become more and more difficult for you to get going again and you start to decline.
”Bill, who turns 91 next week, added: “I make sure I get enough sleep and drink plenty of water. I don’t smoke or drink. I meditate and play golf and I use the stairs and I stand for as long as possible.”
