Corrie’s Sarah Platt baby dad twist as Adam given devastating paternity news

Coronation Street’s Sarah Platt, played by Tina O’Brien, is set to have some major drama ahead.

The fan favourite is set to discover she is pregnant after having an affair with newcomer Damon Hay behind her husband Adam’s back.

She came clean about the affair to her devastated husband after her son Harry caught her and Damon having a passionate kiss, and it doesn’t look good for the married couple.

After Adam revealed her affair to everyone, she struggles to face everyone but it seems that she has got bigger fish to fry after a huge discovery.

Sarah is devastated when she discovers that she is pregnant

Next week, Sarah joins Dee-Dee in the Rovers, but as she takes a sip of her wine, she baulks and grows worried she might be pregnant.

She hurries home and after taking a test, is horrified to discover she is pregnant.

Preparing herself for the worst, Sarah decides to come clean as she hands Adam the pregnancy test, who is left stunned.

Adam had been desperate to have a baby, but as Sarah admits she doesn’t know who the father is, he is left heartbroken as he may lose his dream all over again.

Later on, Sarah attends the DNA appointment and does her best to remain positive, as she hopes Adam will be by her side.

Meanwhile, it seems that Sarah and Adam’s marriage is looking as rocky as ever as he grows suspicious of her behaviour around other men.

He becomes increasingly jealous as he finds Sarah and Michael celebrating in the Rovers.

Sarah enthuses about Owen and his passion for Nippersnapper, but Adam finds it took much and storms out of the pub.

Could this be the end for the couple as he struggles to get over her betrayal?
