The images that emerged saw Van Dyke with blood covering his mouth and nose.
Paramedics on the scene treated the Mary Poppins star’s injuries and possible concussion, but Dick appeared to be in good spirits when the video was recorded.

Police do not believe drugs or alcohol were involved in the collision but Van Dyke has been asked to retake his driving exam.
Although this isn’t the first time that the Hollywood actor has been involved in an incident with his car.
Back in 2013, Van Dyke was driving on a highway in California when smoke began to billow out from underneath the hood of his vehicle.
A bystander pulled over to the side of the road and helped the actor by rushing over to the car and pulling him out.
Shortly after Dick was removed from the vehicle, it burst into flames and luckily Van Dyke got away unharmed.
