I’m A Celeb star Jamie Lynn Spears left the jungle earlier this week on medical grounds – but things may not be how they seem.
Daily Star columnist Nicola McLean has shared her opinion on whether she believes it is 100% legit and what she thinks truly happened. Nicola argued that it all looked a bit “strange”.
Nicola said: “I was looking into it and it said it was on ‘medical grounds’ but I’m not sure that I believe that. As I’ve seen ITV branded her a ‘flight risk’ now that seems a bit suspicious to me, maybe it was in her contract that she only had to stay up until a certain point and then she could leave.

“It seems odd because I thought after her initial panic and sobbing for a few days, I thought she was getting on well and actually doing quite well. Something isn’t adding up here.

“I semi-reluctantly say that as I am a massive Britney fan but if you take away the fact she is Britney’s sister and the things she’s allegedly done to her, she came across quite well.” The last episode Jamie Lynn aired in was Wednesday night after she left earlier this week. ITV issued a statement on the matter which read: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! on medical grounds.

“She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.” It’s since been reported that the star had “crumbled” due to missing her family so much.
It was also reported that she had branded her a “flight risk” just two days into the show and the camp had been on “high alert” for her quitting. Nicola also said that she’s been keeping up to date with Britney’s social media posts.

Nicola said: “I keep looking at Britney’s Instagram to see if she’s mentioning anything about Jamie, and her fans think she’s hinted at quite a lot of things. I saw her Beauty and the Beast post and I think that was signaling something about her family and being locked up.”
