Some of this year’s Big Brother housemates have given a huge hint that there is an ongoing feud between one star and the rest of the cast.
The final of ITV’s first series of the reality titan is fast approaching as five housemates remain in contention to win £100,000. But as they leave the house, many of the contestants have wanted to keep in touch with the people they shared the experience with.
But it seems that not everyone wants to reconnect, as ex-housemates Hallie Clarke and Kerry Riches have alluded to a rift between the ousted cast and one specific housemate. The pair made the shocking revelation while appearing as guests on the show’s sister programme Late & Live on Wednesday night (November 15).

Despite insisting that the pair were best of friends and spoke to each every day, not every contestant was so willing to be friendly. During a quick chat with host AJ Odudu, Hallie admitted that all the housemates had joined a WhatsApp group chat – other than Farida Khalifa.
Farida was the first housemate to be evicted from the house, losing the public vote to Kerry. Since then, she has kept herself to herself butregularly takes to social media to speak with loyal fans.
AJ asked Hallie and Kerry whether the housemates still speak to each other, the pair admitted the group chat had been created, but Farida was not included, turning things awkward. When AJ asked why she was not in the group, Hallie confessed she had taken herself out of it rather than them removing her.
Since leaving the show, Farida has made no secret of her dislike for Kerry. She did not hold back in a video she uploaded to social media on Tuesday (November 15), where Farida admitted she wanted to keep Kerry “at arms length”.
“I’ve got my social circle, Zak [Srakaew], Chanelle [Bowen], Matty [Simpson],” Farida said. “It’s so nice that Chanelle reached out to me and I’ve got loads of people that will be there – producers, crew.”
She continued: “There’s a whole load of people that will be there for me. Even when me and Kerry got nominated, she was like, ‘Farida sit with me,’ and I was like, ‘No, I don’t think so. I like to keep things real darling.'”
Farida also blasted Hallie and fan-favourite Trish, who she said was distant with her. “Hallie had the potential to win this, but unfortunately she mixed with the wrong people,” she said.
“[Trish] wasn’t very welcoming towards me, she kind of kept her distance,” she said. “She kind of got herself involved in situations she didn’t need to and that drove me crazy.”
Although Farida has kept herself away from the housemate group chat, which was set up by house cook Dylan, things are on the up for her. In a livestream on Instagram, she teased that the BBC had been in touch for a new project after her time in the house.
Big Brother airs every Sunday-Friday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
