Jennifer Aniston revealed she once tried a bizarre sperm facial beauty treatment in a quest to maintain her ageless appearance.
The 54-year-old Friends star is known for her youthful looks, and she admitted that she’d give just about anything a go once in a bid to keep the wrinkles at bay.
And Jennifer confessed that one of her most unusual treatments was a salmon sperm facial, at the suggestion of her aesthetician.

After overcoming initial doubts about slathering fish semen on her face, and confusion as to how the reproductive fluid was collected, she decided it was worth a shot.
“First of all, I said, ‘Are you serious?,” Jennifer said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.

Then she posed the killer question: “How do you get salmon’s sperm?”
Despite her aesthetician’s assurance of salmon sperm’s age-defying properties, she admitted that the facial did little to help her skin’s radiance.
Although Jennifer may be sceptical of the fishy ingredient, some research begs to differ.
Salmon sperm can restore skin elasticity, repair moisture barriers and help minimise inflammation, research in the National Library of Medicine found.

The fishy substance is also a favourite in Korea and has been hailed as a must-have beauty ingredient.
Now the K-beauty staple is creeping its way over to the US as a treatment for dry, damaged and dehydrated skin.
But while Jen is is determined to fight the weathering of her gorgeous face, there’s one remark which makes her mad.

She can’t stand the phrase “you look good for your age,” she told Vogue earlier this year.
She added: “That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, ‘Well, you’re at that stage, so for your age.’ I don’t even understand what it means.”
