Jennifer Lopez pulled off a stunning casual look as she took to Instagram for The Mother’s latest Netflix success.
The movie, in which J-Lo plays an unnamed military operative who becomes pregnant, has become one of Netflix’s 10 most watched films of all time after securing a fourth week at number one globally on the streaming platform.
The 53-year-old uploaded a video to social media to thank her 247million followers for the film’s success.

The Hustlers star sported a casual black crewneck sweater and several gold necklaces as she celebrated.
She told fans: “I just wanted to jump on here and say thank you so much for watching and supporting. And I hope that you guys loved it and really enjoyed it.”
She then toasted the film’s success with friends, captioning the post: “Thank you!!! to everyone who has been watching #TheMother and helped make it a top 10 movie of all time on @Netflix and hitting #1 worldwide 4 weeks in a row! Thank you so much for watching.”
Wearing her brunette locks in a chic bun, Lopez accessorised it further with gold hoop earrings.
The Mother previously broke the record for the most viewed film of 2023 on its debut, garnering an impressive 83.71 million hours of watch time during its opening weekend.
Directed by Niki Caro, the blockbuster premiered on May 12 and has overcome mixed reviews from critics to prove a smash with audiences.
In the film, Lopez’s title character is forced to return to a murky underworld in order to protect her estranged daughter.
Lopez is set to team up with husband Ben Affleck on her next project when she stars in Unstoppable, with Affleck producing.
It follows the three-time All-American wrestler Anthony Robles, who, despite being born with one leg, went on to win a national championship at Arizona State.
Lopez’s role in Unstoppable is currently unknown and a release date has yet to be revealed.
