Khloe Kardashian had fans barely able to recognise her as she exposed swathes of side-boob in nothing but nipple covers.
The Kardashians star, 39, donned a skintight navy blue gown with the torso totally cut out, leaving her flat tummy and boobs completely bare. Only two ovals attached to the dress acted as covers for her nipples, allowing Khloe to avoid an Instagram ban for nudity.
The slinky gown then rose into a criss-cross pattern at her collarbone and threatened to pop open as she played with her hair and lip-synced for the camera. A skintight pencil skirt framed her slender hips as Khloe pouted and preened, while two stylists worked on her hair and make-up.

Khloe arranged her sleek blonde tresses loose around her shoulders, falling all the way to her waist, parted in the middle and with a natural wave. For make-up, she opted for a puffy pink pout and ruby red blush on the apples of her cheeks, adding just a thin stripe of eyeliner on her lids.
Khloe captioned her video: “Iconic”, as fans rushed to the comments section – but plenty didn’t recognise her amid her changing appearance. Khloe underwent a nose job a couple of years ago, admitting her only regret is that she “didn’t do it sooner”.
But one baffled fan wrote: “Khloe has changed her appearance so much I don’t even recognise her.” While another agreed: “Is it even you anymore? [crying emoji].”
“Wow, I didn’t even recognise her,” somebody else penned. A fourth social media user was simply overwhelmed as they commented: “You are fire girl. Absolute FIRE.”
“Gorgeous! But that dress is a heavy no. I see what they were going for but failed,” another said. A sixth fan wrote: “Omg hello? Hottie!” but someone else said: “Actually I scrolled right past this at first because I thought it was some random Insta model!”
Khloe opened up about her changing appearance during a chat with Bravo’s Andy Cohen in 2021: “Everybody says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ But I’ve had one nose job.
“Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded poorly to Botox.”

Khloe also went under the knife in 2022 after a skin cancer scare, that saw a tumour removed from her face. She underwent a procedure to fix a cheek indentation left after the op, and praised her physician Dr Fischer in 2023: “Not only did he remove the tumour and made sure that I am completely cancer free but he did such a f***ing stellar job on making my scar as small and beautiful as possible.”
She put some changes down to contouring, and in 2019 said: “Sometimes I will contour my nose and in real life I think I look so good, and then in photos I look crazy.”
