Laura Hamilton had to be saved by a crew member when she got swept away while filming a segment on This Morning.
The TV star is best known for A Place in The Sun but was shooting a competition segment on the ITV daytime show when she got into a pickle on a rubber ring. Laura, who looked gorgeous in a beige swimsuit, was presenting from a water park in Tenerife and perched on the yellow inflatable in the water.
Once she’d finished telling viewers about the competition, she pushed off from the side and went whooshing off along the river. The star looked as if she was having a blast but This Morning presenter Craig Doyle – watching from the studio – noted that the sound guy probably had his eye on the pricey mic being carried along with her.

Laura was seen fading into the distance as she floated off, at one point raising her arm to wave. However, she could then be heard seeming to admit that she was stuck.
A crew member walking alongside the water was then seen offering the celeb a sizeable pole – possibly part of a long mic – to help her clamber out. “OMG he’s actually gone to rescue the mic,” exclaimed Rochelle Humes, who was hosting the show with Craig. “I knew it!” she added.
Lots of fans posted messages on social media saying that Laura looked “gorgeous” as she soaked up the sun at the park in the segment. “That pool looks fun,” one wrote on Instagram. “You looked great and seemed to be having fun,” another fan said in the comments section.
“You look so amazing Laura,” said another fan on Instagram. Someone else said the blonde presenter was “so lovely”, as one gushed: “You are really beautiful Laura.”
However, one person couldn’t resist a little light-hearted teasing over Laura’s little spin down the river. “Why go in a lazy river and not expect it to move you around,” they posted on X.
“It was so funny!” another viewer chimed in.
