Love Island’s Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown claims her feud with Olivia Hawkins was “set up” by ITV.
The pair, who knew each other on the outside, butted egos in the villa after Zara chose Liv as the “most two-faced” in a drinking game.
Though Zara said things weren’t how they seemed on air, as she chose Ron first ahead of her, and chose her as they had a prior bond, and not with malice.

She told us: “It all happened really fast but the question said to pick two Islanders who were the most two-faced, so I picked Ron as he said some stuff on our date about his head swiveling, and then when we got back to the villa he told me I had to graft, and I don’t graft.
“Then I had no one else to pick but I thought I’d better pick a girl as I didn’t want to cockblock myself with the boys, plus no one else had given me a reason.
“But I got on really well with Tanya and Tanyel, Anna-May was the youngest, and Lana was really sweet. So, I looked at Liv and said ‘Baby girl, we know each other, you know this isn’t deep.’
“So, I picked her but it only aired me picking Liv in the, and it was a lot, I get it’s a TV show and maybe I misunderstood the question.
“People thought I was coming for her but I wasn’t.”
Zara also explained why the Islanders were forced to wear the same swimwear two days in a row.
She said: “So we have the occasional evening off and then we might get a McDonald’s, and if we filmed in the morning, they’d then separate the boys and the girls and then we have our evening off.
“We’d do our nails whatever and just hold the chat, don’t speak about the show, and just talk about the outside world.
“Then the next day, we would put the same bikinis on and be made to have our hair exactly the same, and then carry on for continuation.”
