The Masked Singer judge Davina McCall showcased her killer physique as she worked up a sweat during a gruelling workout on Monday (January 9).
The presenter, 55, paraded her washboard abs and toned arms in the skintight gym gear as she got stuck into week two of her fitness challenge.
Doing an array of different exercises including lunges and burpees, the former Big Brother star was attempting to motivate her fans to give the workout a go, admitting she felt “amazing” afterwards.

Taking to Instagram with the workout clip, Davina penned: “Good grief !! Day 1 of week 2 of my 6 week shape up challenge on @ownyourgoalsdavina. @richcallender … you are a very naughty boy.

“It started so nicely honestly tho… I loved it only 20 mins . Lots of alternatives and easier options .. try it.”
The self-confessed fitness fanatic had fans swooning in the comments as one gushed: “You look amazing.”
Revealing it helps them with their motivation, another penned: “I loved this workout Davina!!! also loving the ones with you joining in. It helps with my motivation.”

Looking good,” added someone else as a fourth simply stated: “Sexy.”
But while plenty of fans couldn’t wait to compliment the star, others had the same question after watching the video.
Noting how the Million Pound Drop presenter is already in great shape, one asked: “Since when did you need to shape?”
“Why do u need to shape up? You look great as you are!,” exclaimed another.
This comes after Davina appeared on the Diary Of A CEO podcast where she admitted to first taking drugs at the age of 12.

Sat across from Steven Bartlett, Davina explained she began smoking weed during visits to Paris to see her mother, Florence, who was an alcoholic.
The mum-of-three went on to say she started taking cocaine with her sister, Caroline before then also doing the Class A drug with her mum.
Also in the interview, the presenter recalled the last days of her sister’s life, describing Caroline’s death as “the worst thing that’s ever happened” to her.
Caroline passed away age 50 after being diagnosed with lung cancer which spread to her brain and left her with two brain tumours.
