Noel Gallagher has given an insight into what a potential Oasis reunion could look like.
The band, who rose to superstardom in the mid-90s, finally split in 2009 following an altercation in Paris between the 56-year-old and his brother Liam Gallagher, 50.
The pair have been at loggerheads ever since, often calling each other out in interviews and on social media.

In a rare acknowledgement that a reconciliation with his younger sibling could soon be on the cards, however, Noel has offered hope to the band’s millions of fans.
Asked what a reunion would look like, he quipped to the Sun: “Me, Liam and a load of fit f***ing birds.”
Noel, who now fronts his High Flying Birds group, announced in January that he had split from his wife Sara MacDonald after 12 years of marriage.
The break-up soon fuelled speculation the brothers were now more likely to put their differences aside – particularly after past comments made by Liam alluding to Sara preventing a reunion had only antagonised Noel further.
Don’t Look Back in Anger hitmaker Noel also made reference to the fact that a new generation of fans have never hand the chance to see Britpop’s finest perform.
“If you didn’t see Oasis live right up until the end, you haven’t really seen a band live,” he explained. “The thing that started on a council estate in a tiny bedroom went around the world. The songs speak for themselves. There is a new generation now that have taken ownership of it. Crack on, have a great time.”
After Oasis’ one time bitter rival – Blur’s Damon Albarn – recently declared he could “guarantee” the brothers would soon reunite, insiders revealed agents for the pair are looking at four nights at Knebworth in June 2025 that would correspond with the 30th anniversary of their second album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?

They revealed in May: “Agents are provisionally looking at dates in June, which would see fans enjoying Oasis again with the chance of the sun shining. Of course, even if it did pour down with rain, fans would still show up for the historic reunion.
“For Liam and Noel, the public slanging match is all part of the show – they know it gets everyone’s attention and keeps people guessing.”
Noel’s previous discussions surrounding reunion-talk have been few and far between, meanwhile.
In 2021, however, he did admit he would be willing to hit the road with Oasis for the right price.
He told Jonathan Ross: “If anybody wants to offer me £100m now, I’ll say it now, I’ll do it. I’ll do it for £100m.”
