Peter Andre has revealed he was left “petrified” after a terrifying clash with a Japanese mafia boss in the past.
The Mysterious Girl singer has recalled some of his best travel stories, which also include a naked sauna with the Backstreet Boys in Germany.
But the most worrying happened when dad-of-four Pete was living in Japan.

He recalled: “On this particular night, this man just started yelling at me really aggressively and it turned out he was a member of the Japanese mafia, the Yakuza.
“I had no idea what he was saying but apparently it was a demonstration of his authority.”
He added to The Sunday Times : “I was petrified but fortunately the situation didn’t escalate.”
Peter, 50, explained that much of his travel itinerary in his youth was dictated by his touring schedule, after he was signed to a record label at 16.
Among the destinations he visited were Malaysia, Indonesia, America and Europe.
While in Germany on tour with the Backstreet Boys, the lads headed to a sauna and steam room one time after a show.
However when they realised that everyone else that was there – men and women, as it was a mixed sauna – was naked, they weren’t too keen.
Peter recalled: “We all just looked at each other giggling.”
The star recently went to Dubai, where he regularly visits with his family, to celebrate his 50th birthday.
He spent a few days with wife Emily alone before joining his kids – Junior and Princess, whom he shares with Katie Price, and Amelia and Theodore with Emily.
The family stayed at the seven-star Atlantis The Royal, which Pete described as “not gaudy”.
Despite having a jet-set lifestyle in the past, there are still a number of places where he wants to visit.
They include Mexico, Graceland in Memphis, the home of Motown in Detroit, Michigan, and he hopes to see Europe by train.
