Piers Morgan appeared to take a fresh swipe at his old foes Meghan Markle and Prince Harry during his TalkTV interview with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
Bold broadcaster Piers grilled the PM in a special face-to-face interview on Thursday night (February 2) which aired on Piers’ Uncensored talk show.
In the pre-recorded chat filmed at No.10 Downing Street, Piers asked Rishi about all sorts of issues facing the country, including strikes, Ukraine, the NHS and the cost of living crisis.

But it’s no surprise that Piers fancied finding out what Rishi really thought of Harry and Meghan, and specifically whether he thought King Charles should invite the pair to his Coronation in May.
It it still not known whether or not The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend the ceremony for Harry’s monarch dad at London’s Westminster Abbey.
It comes after Harry made explosive claims about the royal family in the likes of his bombshell 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey and his tell-all documentaries.
But Piers got in a cheeky dig at Harry and Meghan when he asked Rishi whether he’d be comfortable sitting next to them at the coronation.
He jokingly asked the PM: “You don’t mind if you’re next to Meghan and Harry?”
Rishi dodged the question as he replied: “What I’m focused on is making sure we have a great time as a country and that what I’m confident is going to happen.”
Asked whether he thought the king should invite Harry and Meghan, Rishi declined to comment as he responded: “I had a feeling you might ask me that.

“It’s one of the proudest parts of my job is to go around the world and champion and celebrate British institutions like the Royal Family.”
He added: “There’s an enormous amount of affection for the Royal Family everywhere I go around the world and they do an incredible job. King Charles does an incredible job. We’re lucky to have him – the coronation is going to be superb and we’re going to have a great time.”
