TV star Ricky Tomlinson is raking in thousands of pounds a month making videos for fans using his “my arse” catchphrase.
The much-loved Royle Family actor – famous for his portrayal of grumpy Jim Royle – is recording video messages for fans on Cameo.
In the clips Ricky is wearing Jim’s trademark grubby yellow t-shirt and sitting in an armchair, just like his couch potato character with his infamous catchphrase.

Fans have been left delighted by Ricky’s videos which are often almost 10 minutes long.
One said: “Thank you so so so much!!!!! You went above and beyond, my Dad and everyone who’s seen it just love it. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make my Dad’s 70th so special and so personal.
“You are a true gentleman and we are so very grateful.
“I really can’t thank you enough, legend!”
Another added: “Great video! Was expecting a short video and got seven minutes! Very funny, personalised, fast turnaround and really genuine.”
Ricky isn’t the only one cashing in on his popularity though, with Neighbours star Alan Fletcher charging fans £40 for a message, while Coronation Street’s Bill Roache has his price set at £51 a go.
Meanwhile, former Emmerdale star Verity Rushworth charges as little as £16, while comedian Miranda Hart charges £158.
