Strictly star Ola Jordan’s love life with her husband and fellow dancer James has reached new heights after getting slim.
She said her weight almost doubled in size when she was pregnant with their daughter Ella.
Ola, 40, revealed: “I was nearly 15 stone two days before giving birth to our daughter Ella in February 2020 – that was seven stone heavier than when I left Strictly in 2015.

“I’ve now lost three stone six pounds and it’s reignited my sex life, too.”
“I’ve been with James for 23 years but at the peak of my weight gain, I became shy around him when I was naked.

“I didn’t want to get undressed in front of him.
“Now, I’m not shy to get undressed and I’m putting back on my sexy underwear, which I’d abandoned for so long.”
Ola told Top Sante magazine that she piled on weight during the pandemic scoffing junk food when stuck in the house.
She admitted food “became a comfort” and her weight “crept up” after letting her exercise regime slip.
It got so bad that, at a barbecue last year, her pal thought she was pregnant again.
“He said: ‘I’m going to pour you a little glass of Champagne, just to pretend that you’re drinking. I won’t tell anyone.’ I couldn’t believe it!
“I decided to post the picture to social media to give myself a wake-up call.
“It was hard pressing that button to post it to the world, but something in me told me I wanted to as it would spur me into action as I no longer recognised myself.”

James and Ola recently posed for a snap together as they enjoyed their first night away from their daughter.
Polish dancer Ola penned alongside the snap: “Mummy and Daddy working in London and honestly our first night away from Ella since she’s been born – I don’t know who’s more upset. Anyway – Mum and Dad are OUT OUT.”
Unsrprisingly, the couple’s fans rushed to Ola’s post to leave a message in the comment section.
One fan gushed: “Both looking fab & fit!”
