Stars of The Bill looked unrecognisable from their cop characters as they reunited 23 years after the hit ITV police drama was pulled from our screens.
It’s been more than a decade since ITV announced that it would be cancelling The Bill in March 2010 following a whopping 26 years on air.
But fans will be delighted to see that several of the cast were snapped smiling together at The Cinema Museum in London for Misty Moon’s The Bill Reunion 8 over the weekend.

The actors in attendance included Rob Cryer star Eric Richard, Tony Stamp star Graham Cole, PC Debbie Keane actress Andrea Mason, Jennifer Salter star Carol Royle and PC Honey Harman’s Kim Tiddy.
Although they looked rather different from their famous criminal-catching characters, the cast looked great and very happy to be back in each-other’s company.
Misty Moon produces the critically acclaimed The Bill reunions as well as other events centred around cult TV shows and films – and the next one is set to take place on Saturday November 11th this year.
One snap showed the stars sitting on stage, while another saw the pals pose together for a sweet selfie at the latest Bill bash.
Misty Moon organiser Stuart Morriss shared a series of snaps on Facebook, where he revealed that the cast would be returning for another reunion next year.
Alongside the snaps, he wrote: “Mrs Moon and I are so proud after last night’s sold out The Bill Reunion 8….”
He added: “It was just like a informal chat in the Sun Hill canteen….
“The audience loved every minute of it and bless them when I announced that the next one will be on the 20th January 2024 the look of happy but sad faces because they were going to have to wait nine months.
“SO we are going to do The Bill reunion 9 in late Autumn 2023 (date to be confirmed) and The Bill Reunion 10 on the 20th Jaunary 2024.”
It comes after last year’s reports that The Bill is set to return with two reboots in the works.
An insider told The Sun: “In the minds of many producers and execs, The Bill is a drama which is just sitting, waiting to be rebooted.
“It’s a simple format but one which attracted a loyal army of followers who would be delighted to see it return.
“No doubt any new incarnation would be tweaked to make it attract a whole new generation to the show.”
The Bill launched on ITV back in 1983 and produced its final show back in 2010 after it successfully aired 2,425 episodes and a whopping 26 series.
During its run, the show picked up two BAFTAs, two NTAs and seven Inside Soap Awards.
