This week the quartet were up against Paul The Sinnerman Sinha who made sure to bring his A-game against the wise quizzers.

However, when it was Peter’s head-to-head with The Chaser, things took a rather awkward turn as Peter jumped in to answer too quickly.

Brad was not impressed with the player

In his cash-builder round, Peter managed to bag £8,000 – to which Paul offered him a low offer of £2,000 and a higher offer of a whopping £40,000.

During his head to head against The Sinnerman, Peter was asked a question by the host.

Bradley quizzed: “The prefix ‘Exo’ means what? ‘A’, from the top, ‘B’, from outside, ‘C’, from within.”

The player seemed rather eager

Both Peter and Paul buzzed in the answers quickly, and Peter then started to explain to Bradley: “Exo, if you..”

But i seems Bradley wasn’t to pleased with Peter cutting in as he snapped back: “Yeah, alright Peter!”

Not knowing where to look, Peter replied: replied: “Oh sorry, I’ll wait.”

Despite the awkward moment, Paul flew through the round and bagged a spot in the final chase, along with Gordon.

The final player was Helen, who bagged £8,000 and a spot in the final chase.

The trio were playing for a hefty £22,000 between them and managed to get 19 questions right.

However, it wasn’t enough as the team were caught by Paul with 16 seconds to go.
