This Morning’s Craig Doyle strips nude for shower shot as fans beg him to replace Schofe

This Morning favourite Craig Doyle posed completely nude for a charity shoot in an unearthed photo which shows him dripping wet in the shower.

Viewers have been begging for Craig, 52, to join the sofa as Phillip Schofield’s permanent replacement alongside Holly Willoughby.

In the shot, which was to bring attention to a cancer charity, Craig posed in a green-tiled shower cubicle, completely nude with the water drenching him.

He posed with one hand behind his head and the other covering his privates, and he smiled wide as the photographer snapped away.

Fans are sure to be loving the throwback snap, just as much as they’ve been enjoying his time on the famous This Morning sofa.

The star has been a regular presence on the ITV show in recent months, stepping up even more since Phillip Schofield quit This Morning, before stepping away from the network altogether.

Phillip quit This Morning after a few weeks of controversy surrounding his paedo brother, though it wasn’t long before he was involved in his own scandal.

Last month, he admitted he’d had an “unwise but not illegal” affair with a younger male staff member on This Morning.

The controversy surrounding his lies saw ITV and Holly Willoughby both release statements condemning the deceit.

Soon, Phil sat down with the BBC for an in-depth interview about the situation, in which he shared a series of bombshells.

Phil said he and the unnamed This Morning staffer had “five, maybe six” sexual encounters, saying he never loved him as they were “just mates”.

He also said that they’re “still mates” and had spoken a matter of weeks ago when Phil hired a team of lawyers to protect the younger lad.

The affair came during Phil’s marriage to his wife Stephanie Lowe, and he said that they are “separated” but are “very much together”.

Speaking of when he admitted to the affair, Schofe said: “Let’s just say it was an incredibly difficult conversation. The most difficult conversation I’ve ever had to have with her and she is extremely disappointed because I lied to her as well.

“But she wished me well today, so we’ll see.”
