One star of new indie horror flick Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey can never look at Pooh Bear the same way again after shooting one grisly scene.
Amber Doig-Thorne plays Alice in the new horror, which has been dominating the spooky sphere despite being filmed on a shoestring budget.
It follows an adult Christopher Robin, who returns to the Hundred Acre Wood after going away to college, bringing his friends in tow.

But when he gets back it’s to find that his childhood friends have gone rabid and are out for revenge after being forced to fend for themselves.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, Amber says she can never look at Pooh in the same way after being chased down by the terrifying bear and having honey drizzled in her eyes.
She explained: “I was a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh growing up, I had the little cuddly toys, I had the games, I watched all the movies – if it was Pooh related I had it.
“It was a really big part of my childhood and it was something I didn’t think I’d be able to appreciate again as an adult. So when I read the synopsis for the film, I thought it’s perfect.
“It’s combining two of my favourite things – Winnie the Pooh was definitely one of my favourite characters as a child, and horror films are one of my favourite genres to act in and watch.”
Amber added: “It’s redefining the character for an adult audience in a horror setting, which is so unique.”
But it’s not all fun and games, she explained.
“I cannot look at my toys the same way again. Trust me, oh my goodness. Things have changed.”
She continued: “I recently went back to my childhood home, and my mum said, ‘Right you’re an adult now, it’s time to clear out your room.’

“I went through all of my toys, I literally pulled them all out the wardrobe, put them all on the floor and the first one I picked up was Pooh.
“He used to be my favourite one and I held him at arm’s length! I got flashbacks to Craig Dowsett playing Winnie the Pooh, chasing me and tying me up! I was like, ‘Oh, I can never look at my little Pooh Bear the same way!'”
But the film hasn’t put Amber off ruining a few more childhood classics – as she’d love to see horror versions of the Brothers Grimm fairytales, including Cinderella, Rapunzel and Little Red Riding Hood.
