Vicki Michelle once had a date with Lawrence of Arabia icon Omar Shariff.
They met in a bar backstage at the BBC in the 1970s and struck up a bond. Sadly, their night together wasn’t too romantic as her mum was there.
Vicki explained: “I’d finished filming The Two Ronnies and Mummy was in the audience and I said, ‘Let’s go to the bar after’.

“So we were at the bar and there were a lot of people in there and Omar Shariff walks in. We were at the bar and he made a beeline, comes over, chats us up.
“We sat down with him, had a chat, he bought us a drink. That was brilliant.”
Vicki rubbed shoulders with a string of other A-listers during her heyday on shows including ’Allo ’Allo and Noel’s House Party.
They included Dame Joan Collins and Sir Anthony Hopkins. She said: “There are probably lots of people because we were there for years.”

The TV icon, who went on to appear in Eastenders, previously revealed she still receives sexy fan mail from horny men, decades after she finished playing her raunchy ‘Allo ‘Allo character, Yvette Carte-Blanche.
Now in her seventies, the star still has plenty of men lusting after her.
She said: “I’ve still got a few admirers. Actually, there are a lot. I still get fan mail. It’s always nice stuff, too; I don’t get anything dodgy. It’s always from people saying they think I’m lovely and they love seeing me as different characters.”
It took Vicki years to realise she had so much sex appeal. Back in the day, she had no clue.
She added: “When we were making ‘Allo ‘Allo, I didn’t really think I was a sex symbol. I did have quite a good following from the male species, but I didn’t think about it much.
“I was thinking about acting and the role. It was only afterwards that I realised I had that appeal. I wish I’d thought about it… I could have cashed in on it!”
