Billie Eilish had fans fawning over her as she accessorised in Playboy merchandise on the red carpet at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards in California. The star, who just turned 22, looked incredible as she headed to collect her Chairman’s Award with her brother Finneas, for their track What Was I Made For.
Billie dressed to the nines in a suede black puffer jacket embroidered with floral designs, worn over a crisp white shirt and a deep red tie. Untucking the shirt around her waist, Billie matched things up with a pair of wide-legged black trousers that skimmed just above her ankles, flashing some bare calves.
Billie added a pair of white socks and patent leather shoes to walk the red carpet, clutching a black backpack which bore the Playboy logo. She tucked a Gucci headscarf over her neon red tresses and added a pair of bright yellow glasses to finish off the ensemble.

She was joined by her brother Finneas on the carpet, who wowed in a velvet suit with a double-breasted blazer and a black silk shirt underneath. A pair of black shoes finished things off, as Finneas rocked his usual black-rimmed glasses to pose with his sister.
Despite winning a host of awards for her hit Barbie soundtrack song, Billie confessed she never thought anything would come of it. She explained that when she first met with director Greta Gerwig: “I went into it not thinking that anything would necessarily come of it. I was like, ‘I just want to see this movie. This is so cool. I’m honoured to even be thought of’.”
Greta told her: “I don’t care. Please just, if you’re inspired, make something. And if you’re not, that’s fine. It’s fine. It would be my dream.” Explaining how they came up with the track, Billie said: “Finneas started playing piano, and… those first couple lyrics: ‘I used to float, now I just fall down,’ just came right out…’I used to know, but I’m not sure now what I was made for.’
“I’m writing for myself and I don’t even know it. It is one of the most incredible things I get to experience in my life. It was truly the trippiest thing I’ve ever experienced in my life.” Billie made her directorial debut for the music video.

Fans immediately headed to the comments section, writing: “Girl where is the album?” while someone else agreed: “Okay lover where’s the album?”
“This album is gonna be so good!” a third social media user agreed. A fourth then said: “It’s this year!!”
