Britney Spears and Rihanna grind poles and whip chains in latex bondage outfits

A resurfaced clip of Rihanna and Britney Spears shows the pair in chains and straps doing a whole lot of grinding.

In the 2011 video, Rihanna wore a white bodysuit covered with buckles and straps across her torso. She added knee high boots in the same latex material and styled her hair in a shoulder length, flame red bob.

Rihanna played with a chain and writhed around the stage as she sang into the microphone before Britney appeared from out of nowhere to join her. The blonde bombshell was dressed in a matching black bodysuit, also covered in straps and chains paired with black ankle boots.

Britney styled her signature locks in a voluminous blowout with curls that tumbled down her shoulders as she threw her head back and forth. She also added a black rabbit mask with tall ears, which she ripped off as she sang the final part of Rihanna’s hit single S&M.

The performance took place at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards and the act was only introduced as Rihanna, so fans had no idea Britney would be joining her on stage. The act ended with the pair celebrating together and throwing their hands up to the audience.

Spears and Fenty’s collab recently did the rounds on X/Twitter after one fan posted a clip of the show and joked: “It was that night that they made a pact to never release and album again after 2016.”

Fans in the comment section went wild for the S&M performance and one fan wrote: “This was insane [anguished face] I wish they made more songs together.” Someone else said they “miss those days” while another fan typed: “Name a more powerful stage presence, I’ll wait, even high budget Super Bowl halftime shows couldn’t.”

One bold statement even read: “The performance was so life changing [that] no other music was needed for the next decade. Let’s respect that!” One fan said they “would not shut up about this remix” when it was released as another said the duo “ate that thing”.
