Raye has been spotted being put through her paces in a gruelling workout with a personal trainer.
The 26-year-old six-time Brit Award winner was seen out jogging before taking to a park in London for a HIIT skipping session. She was later pictured feeling the effect of the exercise as she was spotted slumped up against the gate looking a tad tired following the intense routine.
However, she still managed to raise a smile tho as she laughed and joked with her fitness instructor, ahead of her American TV debut next week. Raye is clearly trying to get into the best shape possible for her her appearance on US TV show Saturday Night Live on April 6.

The Secrets hitmaker donned a black oversized hoody and matching leggings as she worked up a sweat on the streets and left her cropped locks down and wavy as she cut a causal figure.
It comes after Raye took home six of the seven prizes she was nominated for at the ceremony last month including the three big categories – Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year and Artist Of The Year. The tearful songstress couldn’t contain her emotions performing live with an orchestra at London’s O2 Arena, having overcome so much adversity and even considered giving up music.
In 2021, the Londoner criticised her former label Polydor, claiming it “manipulated” her and withheld the release of her debut album for seven years. She eventually cut ties to pursue a career as an independent artist, scored a massive No1 with Escapism and is now the belle of the BRITs.
Raye said at the time: “I’d had enough and reached a breaking point. I believe artists should be in control of their careers and their music full-stop. It is more power to the little people. I was able to have a moment of being heard or seen. It’s a blessing to have that message received.”
She also made history as no other artist has ever won six BRIT Awards in a single night, smashing the previous record of four held by Harry Styles last year, Adele (2016) and Blur (1995). Organisers will also be relieved that three-quarters of the 17 awards went to women or mixed-gender acts this year.
This week, Raye confirmed that she co-wrote Beyoncé’s track RIIVERDANCE from her Cowboy Carter album which dropped on Friday (March 29). She has previously penned songs for Queen Bey most notably 2019’s Bigger along with tracks for Mabel and Charli XCX.
She recently took to Instagram to celebrate the release of the new record and shared her “honour” in contributing to the LP. Sharing a clip of herself singing along to the track, which you can listen to below, Raye wrote: “happy COWBOY CARTER day. What an honour it is to being able to contribute my small piece to this beautiful album, and to THE @beyonce who continues to inspire all of us. Track 23: RIIVERDANCE , co – written by me found my beat up cowboy hat i bought on my 21st birthday for this special occasion.”
