EastEnders favourite ‘predicted’ soap role 10 years ago and has ‘proof’

An EastEnders star has “manifested” her role on the long-running BBC One soap.

Clair Norris shot to fame playing Bernie Taylor. The beloved character first rocked up to Walford in 2017, with the rest of the Taylor clan.

Along with mum Karen (Lorraine Stanley) and brother Keanu (Danny Walters), the family became a firm-favourite with fans – including Bernie. And it didn’t take long before the Taylor gang became embroiled in several dramatic storylines.

Over on the soap at the moment, Bernie has been left heartbroken and devastated over the death of Keanu. Fans will recall he was murdered by Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) at Christmas after he attempted to strangle Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean).

But it turns out, years ago, actress Clair manifested and visualised herself on the set of the BBC soap. On her Instagram Story at the weekend, Clair posted a screenshot of a post where she hoped that she would one day be apart of the cast – three years before she joined.

The post from 2014 read: “I’d love to be a part of the storyline in EastEnders right now.” Captioning the screen shot, Clair penned: “Who’d have thought that 3 years later I’d be cast as Bernadette Taylor.”

The couple took to Instagram to share the news with their friends and followers. In front of their new door, the duo held up customised keyrings which featured their names, house number and the date they moved in.

“And we’re in!!! Time to make this house a home,” she wrote in the caption. Clair’s BBC co-stars couldn’t wait to congratulate the couple for hitting the milestone as they raced to the comments.
