Holly Willoughby announces new beauty collaboration on Instagram Live

Holly Willoughby set Instagram alight with a teaser about her latest career venture, sending her fans into a frenzy.

The much-loved former face of This Morning took to the ‘gram on Thursday, May 23, to tell her whopping 8.4 million followers to stay tuned for a big reveal later that day.

Looking every bit the star we know and love, 43 year old Holly posted a clip saying: “I just wanted to give you a little heads up that at 5.30pm today I am going to be back on here with my friends at Beauty Pie and I’ve got something to share with you.”

She continued: “So 5.30pm today, I will be live and if you can’t make it, I will put the post on my grid – I’ll work out how to do that – but come and join me, it’d be lovely to see you there.”

When Holly went live on Instagram, she delighted her fans by announcing her second beauty edit with the iconic skincare brand Beauty Pie, dubbed the On-The-Glow Edit. Designed for creating effortless ‘no-mirror-makeup’ looks in a flash, the collection features Holly’s latest must-haves for perking up lips, cheeks, and lashes, all snagged by Beauty Pie members for a steal at £55, reports OK!.

Holly Willoughby has given fans a sneak peek into her latest collection of summer essentials, all neatly packed in a chic silver travel case, reminiscent of the coveted ones from Space NK. Following the success of her initial Beauty Pie collaboration, the Holly-Day Edit, customers have been raving about it, calling it ‘a great bag of tricks!

In other news, Holly is set to go head-to-head with This Morning host Cat Deeley for the title of Best TV Presenter at this year’s National Television Awards. The nominations were revealed on Tuesday morning, sparking a friendly competition between the two daytime TV favourites.

The winner will be determined by public vote and announced in September.

This unexpected twist comes after Holly said an emotional goodbye to This Morning just eight months ago in October 2023, after co-hosting with Phillip Schofield for over a decade.

Announcing her departure on Instagram, Holly informed her followers: “I have let ITV know today that after 14 years, I will not be returning to This Morning.She also shared a heartfelt message to her colleagues, saying: ” She also shared a heartfelt message to her colleagues, saying: “To everyone who has ever worked on the show over the years, thank you so so much. This is such a difficult goodbye, you are incredible and I forever will be proud of what we’ve done together.”

Expressing her gratitude, she added: “Thank you to everyone at ITV for being supportive. To every guest who has sat on our sofa, thank you. Most of all, thank you to the wonderful viewers.”
