Emmerdale is gearing up for another dramatic week in the village. In the upcoming episodes of the ITV soap, Rose Jackson (portrayed by Christine Tremarco) kickstarts her revenge plot against an oblivious Kim Tate (Claire King).
Rose’s arrival in the village earlier this year revealed that she was previously married to Will Taylor (Dean Andrews), and had abandoned him and their young daughter Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley).
However, Rose also has ties with Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly), and together they scheme to bring down Kim.
In future scenes, Rose finds herself under pressure when Ruby pushes her to execute their plan. The pair nearly get caught by a puzzled Will, and Rose attempts to distract him by leaning in for a kiss, leaving Will shocked.

Will quickly withdraws but Rose is uncertain if he will inform Kim. Later, Rose is distressed to see Will telling Kim that it’s time for her to vacate their home.
In response, Rose intentionally wreaks havoc by releasing a horse. However, more intrigue is hinted at when she receives a mysterious message and heads to the edge of the village, where she meets a dealer who hands her a vial of tranquilizer and tells her to wait for further instructions.
Despite secretly hatching a wicked plan to spike Will’s drink in an attempt to trap him, Rose is thrilled when she learns that her grandson Evan has been discharged from the hospital. Meanwhile, her estranged daughter Dawn calls her ‘mum’ for the first time, leaving Rose torn about proceeding with her dreadful scheme.
Later on, it seems that Rose goes ahead with the plan, and just as Will is about to sip the spiked drink, Dawn and Kim return home with two more drinks poured.
Rose loses track of which drink is spiked, leading to panic as her dark plan takes a disastrous turn.
In other news, a familiar face returns to the village, spelling trouble for Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson).
Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) encourages Liam to reignite his romance with Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) after he decides to stay single.
However, the next day, a mysterious figure watches him, and when Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) discovers an intruder in the house, it turns out to be the exiled Ella (Paula Lane), who left the village after it was revealed she had committed murder as a child.
Ella confesses she returned to collect the rest of her belongings, but Mandy is conflicted as Ella departs. Later, Sam Dingle (James Hooton) dials 999 to report a crash on a country road involving Ella’s car.
Will Ella make it?
After weeks of deception, Samson Dingle (played by Sam Hall) is set to clear Matty Barton’s (Ash Palmisciano) name in upcoming Emmerdale scenes.
Samson, who lied to the police about Matty stabbing him intentionally, receives mixed advice. His father, Sam, suggests he should flee, fearing significant repercussions if his lies are uncovered.
However, his stepmother Lydia Dingle (played by Karen Blick) is appalled by this extreme suggestion and encourages Samson to confront the situation with the police. Choosing to heed Lydia’s advice, Samson visits the police station to reveal the true events surrounding his stabbing.
He finally confesses that it was an accident and Matty wasn’t at fault. The question remains, will Samson face punishment for his deceit?
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
