Katie Price has reportedly applied for an emergency court hearing to beg the judge not to be evicted from her £1.3million home, according to sources.
The former glamour model – who was once worth a staggering £50million – currently has two mortgages on her sprawling Mucky Mansion in West Sussex. She also has an unpaid tax bill of £750,000 as part of a £3million debt she owes.
Her creditors have been granted eviction notices from Horsham County Court ordering her to be turfed out of the house by the end of the month. It is understood the sale of her home will help settle some of her debts.

But Katie, 45, has reportedly applied to the court for a hearing where she will plead with the judge to be allowed to stay in her property. The mum-of-five cited the enormous six-bedroom country home as her family home where she runs her OnlyFans photo and video selling business.
A source told The Mirror: “This really is Katie’s last chance. She’ll also have to prove that she can retrieve the financial situation by showing she can start settling her debts because it won’t be enough to just say it is her house and place of business.
“She’s going to have to stump up some readies and quickly.” Initially, the twice bankrupt TV star was hut with an eviction notice for her famous home and was given a handful of days to vacate the property.
A second letter arrived outside the model’s home, dated May 3, 2024, which warned the star that she had days to prevent her home from being seized. A snapshot of the first eviction letter revealed that “the eviction will take place on May 29, 2024, at 10am,” meaning she has just a fortnight to move out.
The eviction order from Horsham County Court, addressed to Katie and “any other occupiers”, orders her “to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date.” The document adds: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. In this notice the term ‘Authorised Person’ is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer.”
According to the publication, a spokesperson for Katie Price initially declined to comment when asked about her plea for an emergency court hearing. They later added: “As you say it’s a legal matter… a private matter so therefore I won’t be confirming anything.”
It is understood the reality star is renting a 1.5-acre converted barn which boasts six bedrooms, four reception rooms, three bedrooms, a separate studio and a detached triple garage. It’s light and open living areas features a large brick fireplace, solid wooden floors and exposed timber pillars.
The bathrooms contain modern element like a waterfall shower and free-standing sink but are all tastefully incorporated to complement the natural materials. The country home also has plenty of land for outdoor activities and an enormous driveway big enough for a fleet of cars.
However, her Mucky Mansion has fallen into disrepair and been bomb site for years after she bought it from Tory peer Francis Maude in October 2014 for £1.35million. It has been burgled, flooded and littered with mountains of rubbish whilst nearly a dozen pets have been killed running into the busy A24.
However, her home was remodelled over two series of a Channel 4 reality TV show that documented its renovation. Want all the biggest Showbiz and TV news straight to your inbox? Sign up for our free Daily Star Showbiz newsletter.
