Katie Price’s former Mucky Mansion has seen a massive price cut in an attempt to attract a new buyer.
The glamour model’s sprawling Sussex home was initially listed for a cool £1.5million, and it seemed a buyer had been secured. However, the deal fell through, leading to a hefty £150k being knocked off the asking price.
This comes after reports of a bidding war over the property. The 46-year-old lived in the nine-bedroom mansion for several years before she was evicted due to mortgage arrears.

The lavish estate, which spans 12 acres, even featured in a TV show with the star. She purchased the property from Tory bigwig Francis Maude back in 2014.
However, any proceeds from the sale will reportedly go towards settling the model’s debts linked to the Sussex property. It’s believed that Katie owes HMRC a staggering £750,000 and was recently declared bankrupt for the second time, reports the Mirror.
An updated listing for the property highlighted the significant price reduction. The original listing described the house as: “A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.”
After Katie Price jetted off, her old gaff was a right state the grounds were like a jungle and the pool had gone green. It took a squad of cleaners to tackle the mountains of trash and ditch the scrap motors before they could even think about flogging it.
Word is, there was a whopping 20 tonnes of junk to clear out. The place got a proper facelift in July, and you wouldn’t recognise it from the days when Katie was queen of the castle. The gaff used to be known as Mucky Mansion because it was always falling apart.
Katie once moaned: “I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it’s been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before.” Her daughter Princess wasn’t keen on the pad either, slagging it off on Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion. The teen spilled the beans on the telly, saying: “I didn’t really like this house at the start. It was a dark house. There were just so many bad memories in it. I didn’t even want to walk on the driveway.”
The telly show was all about Katie trying to do up her 19-room wreck of a house and turn it into a dream home for the fam. They made a couple of series, but then it got canned as Katie’s wallet woes got worse.
