Kerry Katona was buzzing with excitement as she hinted at a major upcoming project, revealing that she’s set to dazzle on stage next year.
The former Atomic Kitten sensation shared her joy on Instagram. The star posted several glowing photos while informing her fans of her new venture.
In her post, Kerry was pictured with singer-songwriter Asa Murphy after a meeting that involved a script for an upcoming play. “Big big things coming, people. BIG,” exclaimed the 43-year-old star.

She added: “#countrydreaming very excited and if you’re anything like me and love country and western music with a beautiful story get ready for the best next play to hit the stages with yours truly written and directed by the wonderful @asamurphy1. 2025 baby. Her followers were quick to chime in with their favourite tunes and express their enthusiasm for Kerry’s new endeavour. One fan commented: “Look forward to seeing you Kerry so glad to see you getting on with your life always believe in yourself, girl!”
Another chimed: “Amazing… well done Kezza.” While a third said: “Well that deserves a yee and a haaw.”

However, some fans were sidetracked as they mistook Kerry for her 21-year-old daughter, Lilly. One fan wrote: “Oh my you are the image of Lilly.”
While another echoed: “Thought that was your Lilly. She’s the Absolute image of you on this.”
Kerry recently revealed that her daughter Lilly has relocated from England to Ireland, choosing to live with her grandparents who are the parents of her father Brian McFadden. This follows her older sister Molly’s move to Ireland a few years back.
Kerry told OK!: “Lilly is looking for a fresh start and has decided to move over to Ireland to live with her grandparents on her dad’s side. I think it’s a good thing.
“She’s 21 so it’ll be nice for her to stand on her own two feet. She rules the roost at our house,” the mother of five explained.
