Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha and her husband Mark Adderley have gone where most other married couples attempt not to as they chatted candidly about “faking orgasms”.
The husband and wife duo, who participate in a number of YouTube podcasts together, normally delve into current affairs and also chat all things marriage related on their popular show How To Stay Married. On the latest episode, the couple wanted to outline why women weren’t always genuine when it came to being pleasured by their significant others.
Nadia used her social media platform to ask followers let her know their reasons for faking orgasms – with the chat particularly aimed at ladies. After being pleasantly surprised by the honest feedback, the ITV star returned to her Instagram feed in fits of laughter, thanking people for coming forward with candid comments.

Later, the daytime favourite returned with her husband to go through some of the responses they’d received from fans. The TV personality explained: “It would seem a lot of men think that women want them to go at it for hours.” As Mark gave a confused “ahh” sound in reply.
She continued: “Right so that’s why a lot of women will fake it just to stop the misery of it.” Mark asked: “Misery of what?” As Nadia responded: “Of somebody… wait, let’s see what this article says….” She repeated: “‘bulldozing their vagina.'”
Wanting to provide a male opinion on the subject matter, Mark chimed in with: “Let’s use this outer space analogy for a minute,” as a worried Nadia squealed: “Oh god.”
“No, no, no bear with me” added Mark as his wife joked: “Do we have to go to space, the gas man’s due any minute.” Shrugging off her comment, he chirped back: “Yes I know,” as he carried on anyway, stating: “The male orgasm is like a rocket but a badly designed one by Elon Musk.”
He added: “The kind of thing that goes [splat] and just does that, that’s the male orgasm. Sometimes it gets higher, sometimes it goes a bit further but it thinks it’s the ‘big I am’ and it rarely amounts to much. Whereas the female orgasm for me…”

“Ohh blimey girls, he’s going to tell us about the female orgasm now phowar good luck,” interjected a nervous Nadia on the live feed. Mark went on to say: “It is as confusing, intimidating, mesmerising and frightening as all of outer space.”
“Oh my god that’s so fascinating, why?” chimed in Nadia as the short snippet ended there.
Nadia and the television producer have been married for over two decades now and share two daughters together, Maddie and Kiki-Bee. While they seem to have a relationship made up of love, honesty and mutual respect the TV panellist explained on an episode of Loose Women that there had been struggles to get to the happy place they are in now.
She told her fellow panel members previously: “Mark and I would’ve been split up if we hadn’t got married and had children. When it was difficult, I would’ve walked away many times, and he probably when I went into menopause considered walking away.”
Nadia added: “But we made that commitment, and I am so glad we did because now we have an incredible relationship, which at points, has been very difficult to get there. I would’ve been out.”
