The EastEnders star was in black underwear with a sexy lace edging and it clung to her slender frame as she stretched out on the bed. She told her fans: “Ok, so for me, even a 10 or 20 minute mediation can make me completely change my energy and outlook on life and for the day!.
“Even if you have ADD like me, or a health condition, there are so many great guided mediations out there , that reset your nervous system, give you that calm clarity and uplifting focus you need!”
Fans went wild for the pictures, with one gushing in the comments section: “Absolutely stunning!” “You are a beautiful lady,” said someone else, as another of her followers wrote: “I have always fancied you, you have been my celebrity crush since EastEnders.”
Martine’s post comes just weeks after she confirmed that she and Jack – who share nine-year-old son Rafferty – had gone their separate ways after 12 years of marriage. The 48-year-old took to Instagram to share the sad news: “After much thought and consideration, Jack has decided it’s best for us to separate after 18 years together and I accept his decision.”
“We are both so very blessed and grateful for our beautiful, 9 year old son Rafferty, whose happiness and welfare, has always been, and will continue to be, our number one priority,” wrote the Love, Actually star. “We both of course, still cherish and look forward to being parents together to our wonderful boy for the rest of our lives…
“Whilst this decision has evolved over a period of time, we are still finding our new way forward as a family and kindly ask for some privacy at this time… Especially for our little boy. Our love for Rafferty, is something that will never, waver, or change and we obviously want to protect him and help him feel as safe and secure as possible.”
Martine thanked fans for their support, then went on: “And I continue to send Jack, all the love, luck and happiness for the next chapter of his. Rafferty and I (as always,) are rooting for you!”
